The Vulcano YN-600 model features advanced technology, including an LED control panel that enables efficient and visual management of the fireplace. However, if this panel malfunctions, it may require replacement. Here’s how to perform this operation simply and safely.
Materials and Tools Needed to Change the Control Panel of the Vulcano Electric Fireplace
New LED control board (provided by Sined Italia technical service).
Electric screwdriver for easy screw removal.
Safety gloves to prevent accidents.
Camera or mobile phone to take photos of the process (helps ensure correct assembly).
Step-by-Step Instructions to Change the LED Panel
Disconnection and Safety Preparation
Ensure the fireplace is completely disconnected from the power source before starting.
Use safety gloves to protect yourself from potential sharp edges on the casing.
Remove the Top Cover Plate
Use the electric screwdriver to remove the screws from the top plate.
Once all screws are removed, take off the top plate to access the control panel area.
Access and Preparation for Control Board Replacement
Locate the control board and the motherboard area.
Connect the new control board to the motherboard plug to check the fit and take a photo of the setup. This will be useful as a reference for reassembly.
Remove the Old Control Board
Locate the small clips (or “buckles”) around the control board.
Press and hold these clips to release the old control board, allowing it to slide out easily.
Install the New Control Board
Place the new control board in the correct position, aligning it carefully.
Insert the plug into the motherboard, ensuring it’s well connected.
Make sure the clips securely hold the new board.
Finish and Test
Replace the top cover and secure it with the screws.
Reconnect the fireplace to the power and check that the control panel is working properly.

Open the back panel of the fireplace.
Remove the old resin board by unscrewing the screws located at the bottom of the back panel.
Install the new resin board as shown in the second video.
