In order to ensure maximum transparency for all our customers regarding withdrawal, cancellation, or refusal of goods, we provide the following detailed guidelines.
1. Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to art. 5 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, if the customer is a consumer (a natural person buying for purposes not related to professional activity, without a VAT reference), they have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason within 14 days of delivery without penalty.
2. Exclusions from Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
- Customers who purchase with a VAT number (tax code only for consumers).
- Installed or assembled products: Once a product is installed (e.g., ceiling fans, air conditioners), it can no longer be reused and the right is forfeited.
- Personalized or custom-made products: Items requested with specific details beyond standard site products (artistic products, tailoring, furniture, etc.).
- Opened consumables: Food products, sealed audiovisual items, or computer software once opened.
- Faulty products under warranty: These follow the standard warranty procedure rather than withdrawal.
3. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
- Report: Within 14 days of purchase, enter the “POST SALES” area on our website to report the withdrawal. Alternatively, send a request via email to info@sineditalia.com, including bank details for the refund.
- Authorization: MPC MUSSO PERSONAL COMPUTER S.r.l. (SINED) will send an email informing you if the product is eligible and providing a return authorization.
- Registered Letter: The authorization must be printed and sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 14 days to:
MPC MUSSO PERSONAL COMPUTER S.r.l. (SINED), Via Beatrice d’Este 24, 20122 Milan (MI), Italy - Physical Return: Upon receipt of the letter, MPC MUSSO PERSONAL COMPUTER S.r.l. (SINED) will issue a withdrawal authorization number. This must be attached to the outside of the package and sent within 10 days.
Note: Opening a dispute on payment systems (Paypal, Amazon, etc.) simultaneously with the withdrawal process will cause the cancellation of the withdrawal itself.
4. Conditions of Integrity
The right is subject to these essential conditions:
- The product must be returned in its entirety (including accessories, manuals, cables).
- The goods must be intact and in their original packaging. We recommend placing the original box inside a second protective box.
- Do not attach labels or adhesive tapes directly to the original packaging.
- The serial number must match the sales invoice. If it differs, the return will be rejected.
5. Shipping and Responsibility
- Costs: Shipping costs for the return are borne entirely by the customer.
- Responsibility: The shipment is under the full responsibility of the customer until it reaches our warehouse. MPC MUSSO PERSONAL COMPUTER S.r.l. (SINED) is not liable for damage, theft, or loss during uninsured shipments.
- Transport Damage: If goods are damaged during transport, we will notify you within 7 working days so you can file a complaint against your carrier. In this case, the withdrawal request will be canceled.
6. Refunds
MPC MUSSO PERSONAL COMPUTER S.r.l. (SINED) will reimburse the full amount paid within 20 days of the return of the goods, minus any repair costs for damage to the original packaging. Refunds are processed via credit card reversal or bank transfer (please provide IBAN details of the invoice holder).
7. Additional Notes
MPC MUSSO PERSONAL COMPUTER S.r.l. (SINED) is not responsible for separate agreements between Customers and Suppliers/Producers. All products must follow the official management process and return to the agreed warehouse.
